DISCLAIMER

Matthews Electrical shall not be liable for any losses or damages which are due to repair, replacement and or adjustment work, whether past or present, carried out by electrical engineers and or workmen engaged by the client independent of Matthews Electrical.

Notwithstanding anything in this agreement, Matthews Electrical shall not be liable for losses or damages due to parts, products and or services provided by Matthews Electrical which are tampered, altered or handled by non-professionals.

Matthews Electrical shall take every precaution in carrying out the electrical inspection, installation and or testing work. Although every precaution shall be taken in the process of all such testing, installation and or testing, Matthews Electrical shall not be liable for damage to the property, area, circuit, equipment and or wiring within which the work is carried out or in a bid to gain access to the relevant electrical installation.
